2. Data collected

This website collects the data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form: name, email, company name and project description. No profiling cookies are installed and no third-party advertising tracking systems are used.

The site also collects aggregate browsing statistics through Matomo, an analytics platform installed on the same moxa-design.it domain (self-hosted, first-party): pages visited, traffic source and device type. The IP address is anonymised; the data is processed in aggregate form for the sole purpose of improving the site, remains on the Data Controller's servers and is not disclosed to third parties. Legal basis: the Data Controller's legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data collected through the contact form is processed solely to respond to the user's request (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data retention

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the communication and, where a contractual relationship is established, for the applicable legal obligations (up to 10 years for tax documentation).

5. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is not transferred, sold or disclosed to third parties, except for any technical collaborators operating under a confidentiality agreement within the scope of a specific project, and except where required by law.

6. Data subject rights

The user has the right to access their data, request its rectification or erasure, object to the processing, and request restriction and portability. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@moxa-design.it. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. International transfers

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
